Lindsay Mackay is a dedicated registered paramedic and healthcare executive with over 15 years of international experience in leadership and advocacy. She is committed to transforming the healthcare system to improve health outcomes for all. Renowned for her strategic vision and innovative approach, Lindasy has successfully led large-scale cultural transformations that enhance health outcomes and foster interdisciplinary collaboration across Australia.

As a trailblazer in her field, Lindsay has achieved many firsts within paramedicine, including being the first paramedic in Australia to work within a federal government multidisciplinary team that connected emergency and primary care to improve patient care at the point of call. Her impactful initiatives include designing award-winning care pathways for patients experiencing mental health crises and implementing groundbreaking technology solutions to enhance service delivery during critical times. In recognition of her distinguished service, she was announced in the 2024 Australia Day Honours list as a recipient of the Ambulance Service Medal (ASM).

Lindsay holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Oxford University and is currently pursuing a master’s in public administration. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, change management, and people development has positioned her as a respected leader in advancing quality healthcare.
