Bek joined Safer Care Victoria in September 2022 after serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Timboon and District Healthcare Service (TDHS). During her tenure at TDHS, Bek guided the organisation through COVID-19 with unwavering dedication and spearheaded safety enhancements with positive outcomes for the quality of care provided.
