Louise is an Organisational Development and Human Resources specialist with more than 25 years’ experience in the corporate and health sectors. In 2015, after working for 20 years in the corporate sector, Louise commenced her study to become a Registered Nurse. Now, working with Mercy Health as Organisational Development Consultant - Health Services, Louise is able to integrate her experience and qualifications to develop leaders, strengthen teams and support mentally healthy workplaces for staff.
Louise holds a Masters of Organisational Psychology, Bachelor of Nursing, and Graduate Certificate in Change Management.
