Developed by the American Nurses Foundation and the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley, Gratitude Practice for Nurses is an evidence-based toolkit to support nurses’ social and emotional wellbeing.

Listen to music or poetry

The Hush Foundation YouTube channel has a collection of music and poetry to reduce stress and anxiety for hospital workers.

Due for release in March, the Hush Foundation album ‘Nightlight’ celebrates parents, parenthood and carers and features Emily Wurramara, Mama Kin (Danielle Caruana), Megan Washington, Missy Higgins and Naomi Crellin.
