Safer Care Victoria endorses the Australasian Society for Infectious Diseases (ASID) 'Management of Perinatal Infections' guidelines for the following diseases.
- Cytomegalovirus (CMV) in neonates
- Herpes simplex-virus HSV in neonates
- Human immunodeficiency virus HIV perinatal
- Listeria monocytogenes infection in neonates
- Parvovirus infection in neonates
- Rubella in neonates
- Syphilis in neonates
- Toxoplasmosis in neonates
- Tuberculosis in neonates
- Varicella-zoster infection neonates (Chickenpox)
