Why I do what I do
“Working in the clinical space, I found the systems and processes frustrating and wasteful, impacting on the quality of care being delivered to our consumers. I wanted to contribute to tackling these problems that impact healthcare delivery, so consumers receive outstanding care. I originally took a short-term redesign position interstate to help improve patient flow and from that point I knew this is where I wanted my career pathway to continue.”
