Why I do what I do

“I am passionate about making the work of our health service staff easier and more efficient at the same time. I understand how hard staff work and also how frustrating and scary it can be to be a patient so making things work for everyone is very important to me. I love learning new ways to bring about improvement and being able to coach people and see them grow and succeed.”
