Why I do what I do

“One of the things I enjoy most about my work is teaching improvement science skills and seeing frontline staff applying these skills back at their workplace. I also gain much satisfaction from witnessing the positive outcomes achieved by projects I have coached and led and the impact this has on consumers and teams.”
