Why I do what I do

“It’s a privilege being welcomed into all areas of the health service to becoming familiar with processes, understanding barriers to delivering good patient care and being able to coach teams to improve patient/consumer outcomes. It is rewarding work and I spend time with some amazing people. I try never to take it for granted.”
