Why I do what I do
“After years in health leadership positions I took an opportunity to study redesign at ACI in 2011 which inspired me to change my career course to focus on Improvement Science as a catalyst for patient focused, effective and sustainable change. I am passionate about supporting staff to have a positive experience in using improvement science so that they use it in their everyday practice, to build capability and become advocates themselves.”
