Kim Ledger is the Independent Facilitator with Safer Care Victoria engaged for a trial program to work across Albury Wodonga Health, North East Health, Tallangatta Health and Corryong Health.

Kim brings a wealth of experience from her career in leading in the people space with some of Australia’s largest and most progressive private employers. Her career includes working in varied and dynamic environments, notably as a manager of culture and people at a state level in Queensland, at both corporate and operations levels in Sydney and also within manufacturing and logistics environments in Victoria. Kim has joined the independent facilitator trial after consulting to Government on complex employee relations matters.
Kim is a progressive people and culture leader whose strengths lie in her strategic capabilities to build highly productive and positive workplace cultures. She brings a sophisticated understanding of employment law and health and safety legislation and in managing complex matters such as those before the fair work, human rights and equal opportunity commissions. Kim is passionate about building positive workplace cultures in which all people feel supported, valued and are treated with dignity and respect.
Kim is a member of the International Ombudsman Association, brings post graduate study in Human Resources Management, Masters level qualification in Social Work from the University of Melbourne and completed her undergraduate studies in Behavioural Sciences.
