Overview
The Victorian Safety Culture Guide (VSCG) supports healthcare leaders to measure and monitor their organisation’s safety culture.
Fostering positive safety cultures enhances workforce satisfaction, influencing care delivery and patient outcomes. Senior health care leaders play a pivotal role in implementing and sustaining positive safety cultures to detect early warning signs of safety concerns and predictors of harm.
We are dedicated to building a healthcare system that is always safe and improving. We believe in embedded safety cultures and advocate for a proactive approach to measuring and monitoring safety culture.
