My current position is Executive Director Quality, Governance and Patient Experience; Chief of Nursing and Midwifery at Albury Wodonga Health.

I have been a team member and lead RCA investigations in my current and previous employment. I have been a PEER review panel member for many health services.

I regularly undertake system reviews to determine and prevent incidents occurring again.
