I commenced as Director Clinical Services at Seymour Health in 2019 following close to three years as the Assistant Director, Quality and Service Development. Both of these roles in a small rural health service are responsible for ensuring the provision of safe, high quality care to consumers in an environment of continuous quality improvement.

I have eight years experience working as a clinical educator in a small rural health service supporting clinical competence of staff and coordinating the in-service program.

I have four years experience as a clinical nurse specialist providing haemodialysis to patients in the rural setting.

I have 10 years experience working in a metropolitan intensive care unit including with roles such as direct clinical care and nurse unit management.
