I have 8 years’ experience as a clinical nursing educator for critical care, 8 years’ experience as a Patient Safety Officer in an acute care hospital and 5 years’ experience as a Quality Manager/Coordinator for a large community nursing provider.
Summary of incident review experience
I have facilitated many case reviews and root cause analyses which have either been reported externally to the Victorian Sentinel Event programme or internally to the relevant committees with appropriate risk reduction action plans.
