Health and Wellbeing Consultant and Accredited Occupational Therapist and Health Coach
Alison has worked in the healthcare industry for 24 years both in Melbourne and London across many roles including Occupational Therapist, Manager, Project Lead, Workforce Wellbeing Coordinator, and Health and Wellbeing Consultant.
She has completed additional study in health coaching, nutrition and mindfulness leadership and is passionate about supporting healthcare workers' mental health and wellbeing.
Alison continues to use her skills to support clients in a holistic manner through health coaching in the community. She also provides health and wellbeing consultations in small and medium sized businesses and community settings and continues to support frontline workers directly as a wellbeing coordinator in a large Melbourne private hospital.
